Rosemarie Schaad, 85, passed away at home among friends and family, August 9, 2007 and will be missed by all. Born in Akron, on January 3, 1922, Rosemarie was a member of the Akron community for 85 years. Mrs. Schaad owned and operated the Akron Costume Shop in East Akron for 35 years, and was a long time member of Annunciation Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by daughter, Theresa Schaad and son, Joseph Schaad. She is survived by her beloved husband of sixty five years, Elmer; sons, Daniel, Bill (Wendy), Michael (Sue), and Robert; daughters, Bonnie (Jim) Karl, and Jackie Schaad Tirey. 11 grand children and 3 great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be Monday, August 13, 2007, at 10:00 a.m., at Annunciation Catholic Church, 87 Broad St. Akron Ohio 44305 with Father Jonathan Zingales officiating. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday, August 12, from 2 to 6 p.m at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home, 760 E. Market St.
