Orton D. Thwing.

Former Le Roy Business Man Died Yesterday in New Rochelle.

Le Roy. Dec. 23. — Orton C. Thwing, a former resident and business man of this village, died yesterday at his home in New Rochelle, as the result of a stroke of paralysis, which he suffered a week ago.

Mr. Thwing was born in Le Roy 75 years ago. For many years he was engaged in the produce business. Twelve years ago he moved to Buffalo and five years ago to New Rochelle. He is survived by his wife; one son, John D. Thwing of Mitchell, S. D. and one daughter, Miss Grace Thwing of New Rochelle.

The remains will be brought to Le Roy tomorrow morning at 7:30 o'clock and the funeral will be held at 2:30 p. m. from St. Mark's church. It will be conducted by the Rev. Pierre Crushing and the interment will be in Machpelah cemetery.
