WILLIAM F. LONG DIES
William F. Long, 86, of Laramie, died early Wednesday morning at Bethesda care center.
Mr. Long was born September 22, 1881 in Barry County, Missouri, the son of Christian and Rachel Greer Long.
He worked in the timber and at the Tie Plant most of his life and married Winnie Martin in McDonald County, Mo., Octber 28, 1909.
He was also a member of the Seventh Day Adventists.
Survivors include one son; two daughter; one sister; five grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 7, at 2 p.m. at Stryker Mortuary with Pastor John B. Oddle officiating. Interment will follow in Green Hill Cemetery.
