My mother-in-law.

Wife of Woodrow Willson Harvey.they had one child ,Jerry Wayne Harvey.
Her and Wood Harvey were married 15,years when their son was born then Wood died when Jerry was 7,years old. From what her sister told me Ella had a hard time with his death. Then latter she met Mr.Nobles and they dated for 8,years before she would marry him.His wife had died several years before and he had 3,daughters,one was married the other two were twins and still at home her view of this was she was not going to marry anyone and have them tell her baby what to do.She had wrapped her whole life around her son. When Jerry went to Vietnam,in 1967,he said he told her to marry Mr.Nobles so she did 2,years later.I met Jerry after he came back from Vietnam, and we married in 1971,marrying the man who was an only child of a woman who wrapped her life around him was a trip, but his mother and me did get along great most of the time and she would tell me I was like the daughter she never had.She loved her two grandchildren very much but when the great-grandchildren came along she was really happy.Anthony, her oldest great- grandchild was spoiled more by her than me,she would peel his grapes for him and he still remembers that even though he was only four when she passed away.I guess somethings you always remember about grandma no matter how old you are.She is very much loved and missed.
