Carolyn (Wambach) Mason was born on October 23, 1936 in Hamilton, Ohio, and she was the daughter of Henry J "Heinie" Wambach (1912-1985) and his wife Anna Mae (Kiep) Wambach (1910-1973).

She was married about 1964 to Kenneth Hicks "Ken" Mason (1935-2016), the son of Woodrow Mason and Vivian (Hicks) Mason.

In 1988 she retired from the Ford Glass Plant, after which she and Ken enjoyed their winters at Cypress Bend in Estero, Florida for many years. She had a beautiful soul and the kindest heart.

A resident of Nashville, Tennessee, Carolyn passed away on August 13, 2015.

She was preceded in death by her parents and by her son Scott Mason, while survivors included her husband; a married sister-in-law; married brother-in-law; a goddaughter; and a number of nieces, grandnephews and cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held at Saint Ann's Church, and burial was in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
