Edward C. Glaser, age 80, a Town of Two Creeks resident, passed away peacefully on Thursday evening, August 13, 2015 at his home under the care of Aurora at Home Hospice.Edward was born on April 3, 1935 in Two Creeks, WI, son of the late Joseph and Eleanor (Daul) Glaser. He graduated from Washington High School, Two Rivers with the class of 1953. Edward served in the U.S. Army from 1955 - 1957. He worked for Fischer Hamilton for 43 years, retiring in 1998. Edward enjoyed gardening, deer hunting and woodworking projects. He was always willing to help others. Survivors include his wife Shirley Glaser, Two Creeks; one daughter and son-in-law: Pam & Ken Ferentchak, Milwaukee; two grandsons: Kevin & David Ferentchak; three sisters and one brother-in-law: Rosie LeClair, Betty & Hank Meyer, all of Two Rivers; Jeanne Messman, Green Bay; brothers and sisters-in-law: Clarence Glaser, Jerry & Barbara Glaser, all of Two Rivers; Bob & Joan Glaser, Johnson Creek; Nancy Glaser, Appleton; Mildred Glaser, Marian Glaser, both of Manitowoc; Marlene Glaser, Apopka, FL; and one brother-in-law: Glenn Pelnar, Algoma; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. Edward was preceded in death by one sister and three brothers-in-law: Gladys & Leonard Mastroni, Eugene LeClair, Jack Messman; five brothers: Joseph, Harvey, Leroy, Alan and Larry Glaser; and one sister-in-law: Beverly Glaser.Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Church, Two Rivers. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Tom Reynebeau with burial to follow services at Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers where full military honors will be accorded by the VFW and American Legion post of Two Rivers.
