Gaylen Robert Campbell passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 27, 2015. He was born September 24, 1937 in Ogden, the son of Beatrice Albertine Farr and Harold Scott Campbell. He married Bonnie Crosbie on May 10, 1958, later solemnized in the SLC LDS Temple.
He retired from HAFB where he worked as a computer analyst.
Gaylen enjoyed genealogy and spending time with his family. He liked sports; coaching little league teams when he was younger and photography. He loved Jackson and the Tetons
He is survived by his children, Rob Campbell, Russ (Tisha) Campbell, Rich Campbell, Roger Campbell and Robyn (Todd) Murphy; 14 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and 2 sisters; Marilyn and Ruth. He was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Bonnie; parents; 2 sisters, Fawn and Joan and 3 brothers, Russ, Art, and Hugh.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at the Ben Lomond Cemetery at 11 AM. A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 PM. on Wednesday, September 2nd at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd.
