Dorothy Cooke (Cookie) Williams, 90, of Senatobia, MS, passed away August 30, 2015 at Baptist Memorial Hospital DeSoto. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Senatobia and a former member of the Senatobia Cosmopolitan Club. She attended MUW from 1946-1947. She was a former stewardess from 1946- 1951 and was based in Memphis, TN with Chicago and Southern Airlines. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bedford Forrest Williams, Sr.; her son, Bedford Forrest Williams, Jr.; grandson, Bedford Forrest Floyd Williams, III ; and her parents, Earl Evander Cooke and Dorothy Cotham Cooke. She is survived by her daughter, Penny Williams Jordan of Canton, GA; two granddaughters, Lacy Jordan Harber (Chris) of Greenville, S.C. and Emily Williams Kennedy (Nic) of Southaven, MS; two great granddaughters, Anderson Lynne Harber and Dove Elizabeth Kennedy and two great grandsons, Tommy Flint Harber and Brody Lane Kennedy. Memorials may be made to Senatobia First Baptist Church, 317 S. Ward St., Senatobia, MS 38668.
