John J. Crum, 63 of Chauncey passed away
Monday March 30, 2009 at the Logan Health Care
Center. Born June 26, 1945 in Athens County,
he was the son of the late John V. and Crystal
Kasler Crum. He retired from the Village of
Chauncey and was a Pastor at the Bright
Morning Star Church in Chauncey.

He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Hiles Crum
of Chauncey; one son, John Crum of Chauncey;
one daughter Sherry (Roger) Taylor of
Chauncey; two grandchildren, Sarah and Rebekah
Taylor; two brothers, Jerry Crum of
Chillicothe and Ronnie (Ellie) Crum of
Millfield; and one sister, Sandy Fetty of
South Carolina.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death
by an infant son, Paul Allen Crum.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on
Saturday April 4, 2009 at the Morrison Funeral
Chapel, Glouster-Bishopville with Evangelist
Danny LeMaster officiating. Interment will be
in the Hilltop Cemetery, Millfield. Friends
may call at the funeral home on Friday from 2
to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A comforting message may
