Lynda W. Cadena, age 58, passed away Sunday, July 20, 2003, in San Antonio, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Lorene Webb, and by her daughter, Lesa Garcia.

Survivors: husband, Kenneth W. Cadena; daughter, Laura O. Jacobs and husband Frank of San Antonio; son, Kenneth Paul O'Gorman of Lansing, MI; grandchildren, Jacob O'Gorman, Mitchell Jacobs, Matthew Jacobs, Daniel Garcia and Ian Garcia.

Lynda taught mathematics in several local school districts and ended her teaching career at Horace Mann Middle School. She was a loving mother and grandmother who freely gave of herself and her talents throughout her life. She will be deeply missed by her family and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Children's Shelter in her memory.

Visitation will be Wednesday, July 23, 2003 from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home with a Rosary at 7:00 P.M. Funeral Mass will be at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Thursday, July 24, 2003 at 10:00 A.M. Services will conclude at the church.
