According to his obituary, "Wilber Flegal, 76, of 519 14th St., Duncansville, a retired Pennsylvania Railroad welder, died at 3 p.m. yesterday in Altoona Hospital, where he was admitted Marth 17, after an extended illness.

He was born in Clearfield, March 11, 1892, a son of Austin and Mary (Owens) Flegal, and married Emma T. Keiper, who died Oct.. 27, 1965. Surviving are a duaghter, Mrs. Vivan Magill of Duncansville, four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two sisters and a brother, Mrs. Frances Carson of Williamsport, Mrs. Carrie Taylor Clearfield, and Maurice of Altoona.

Mr. Flegal was a member of the Duncansville Lutheran Church, Portage lodge, F&AM, Williamsport Consistory and Jaffa Shrine Temple.

Friedns will be received in the Liebegott Funeral Home, Duncansville, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., tomorrow."

According to his funeral notice, "Services for Wilber Flegal of 519 14th St. Duncansville, will be held in the Liebegott Funeral Home, Duncansville, by the REv. Julian Park. Interment in Alto Reste Burial Park. Friedns will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., tomorrow."
