Mrs. Doris Williams Loyd, 92, of Fayetteville passed away on Friday, September 11, 2015.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold G. Loyd, Sr.; her son, Harold Greer Loyd, Jr.; her parents, William Stonewall Williams, Sr. and Katherine Johnston Williams and 12 brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her daughter , Andrea Bell and her husband, Robert of Fayetteville ; grandchildren: Ellen Bell Norman and her husband, Ben of Newnan; Allen Bell and his wife, Christy of Sandy Springs ; great grandchildren , Ben and Kaylee Norman; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 14, at 11 o’clock in the Chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with Chaplain Asa Mangham officiating. Interment will follow in Holly Hill Memorial Park.

Those desiring may make donations to the Alzheimer’s Association (alz.org) in memory of Mrs. Doris Loyd or flowers are accepted.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 until 6:00p.m. on Sunday (September 13) at Parrott Funeral Home & Crematory.
