VETERAN OF WORLD WAR I

18 year old Merchant Marine Trimmer Hugh Dickinson's Naval Vessel the "S.S. Bassa" went missing at Sea on September 29, 1940 with all merchant seamen aboard and later presumed drowned.

Hugh was the single son of George Dickinson and Catherine Kilcullen of Liverpool, Lancashire, England.
