She was born in Bull Creek, Pleasants County, W.Va., on Sept. 25, 1931, daughter of the late Harvey and Mary Crooks Maston.
She was a homemaker and a member of Fairview Chapel Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Jean and Gary Thompson and Jayne Nelson; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother; three sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Marshall; a daughter, Linda Bowen; and seven brothers and sisters.
Services will be 2 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 13, 2015, at Fairview Chapel Church in Coolville, Ohio, with John Mark Thompson officiating. Burial will be in the Troy Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, from 3-5 p.m. at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, Ohio.
