Born in Canada, Mr Knox was a resident of Patterson for 40 years. Prior to retiring four years ago, Jack owned and operated a welding business on E 24th St near 17th Ave. In addition he taught welding for a short time at the Patterson Technical and Vocational High School about 15 years ago. He was a member of St Joseph's Holy Name Society.
