Beverly Pauline Swabey, 88, of Berwick passed away Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2015, in her Elysburg residence. Her husband, Harvey Swabey, passed away in 2002.
Beverly was born in Berwick on June 8, 1927, a daughter of the late Melvin and Mary (Tyson) Smith.
She is survived by her three children: Virginia and her husband, Brad Anecki, of Elysburg; Mary Ann and her husband, Dale Learn, of Florida; and her son, David Swabey and his companion, Tammy Fisher, of Pittsburgh; 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, and a brother, Charles Smith.
Beverly was also predeceased by her siblings: Harry Smith, Melvin Smith Jr. and Flora Sharlene Smith, and her two sons: Harry Kriss and George Swabey.
Beverly’s service and burial are private.
