Louise Richards, 92, of Cheyenne, died Sept. 28, 2015 at Davis Hospice Center.

She was born May 18, 1923, in Cheyenne and had lived here all of her life.

Mrs. Richards was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in various positions, including primary president.

She worked as a sales associate at JC Penney. Louise loved to sing in the choir and enjoyed cooking for her family and friends.

She is survived by a daughter, Marty Webb (John) of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two sons, Lou Richards (Darlene) of Las Vegas, Nev., and Rick Richards (Judy) of Orem, Utah; a sister, Tresa Hagen of Cheyenne; nine grandchildren; great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Richards, whom she married on April 16, 1944; two brothers, Jim and Andy Tagliavore; a sister, Jennie Curran; and her parents, Louis and Angelina (Gentile) Tagliavore.
