Mrs. Leach, a 56-year Vancouver resident and homemaker, was born in Toppenish, Wash.
She was a member of Eagles No. 2158 for 50 years.
She enjoyed seeing, cooking, spending time with her children and grandchildren, traveling and going to the beach.
Her maiden name was Brashears.
Her husband, Cecil, daughter Martha Moore both preceded her in death in 1996. Survivors include Fern Fredricksen, Shirley Wolf and Darlene Leach, all of Vancouver; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
The casket will be open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today and Friday at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel.
A funeral will begin at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the chapel, with burial to follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
