Death of Mrs Oscar Headley
Anna Headley, 52, wife of Oscar Headley, passed away at her home on South Main street, early Wednesday morning. She had been ill for about three weeks with Influenza, but her condition was not considered alarming. Her death was attributed to a heart attack. She is survived by her husband, one brother and two sisters, and a number of other relatives and host of friends who are saddened by her death.
Mrs. Headley was a highly respected citizen of Woodsfield and had made for herself a legion of friends. She was loved and respected by all who knew her.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon from the late home in charge of her pastor, Rev. W. H. Pelry of Presbyterian church. Interment will be in Oaklawn cemetery.
