Mrs. GRACE J. FIERY, of 151 King Street, died unexpectedly Saturday morning. Born in Clear Spring, she was the daughter of Charles and Elizabeth Heller Sowers.
She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, the Auxillary of the Washington County Hospital and had worked as a volunteer for the Red Cross.
She is survived by her husband, J. Ralph Fiery, two daughters, Mrs. Marie Ransone, Towson; and Mrs. Jane Hollinger, Hagerstown; brother, D. Lester Sowers, Shippensburg, Pa.; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services were held at the Minnich Funeral Home; burial was private at the convenience of the family.
