Death of Mrs. Elliott After Lengthy Illness

The death of Mrs. Mary N. Elliott, 70, occurred last evening at her home, 1117 Ada Street; after a lengthy illness. Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Dunsford Chapel.

The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Logsdon, Mrs. Elliott was born in Elk City. In 1900, she was married to Joseph W. Elliott at Catoosa, Oklahoma.

Surviving children include: Mrs. Virgil Hanes of Augusta; Mrs. W.D. Fudge of El Dorado; Gladys of the home; Lee and Jim Elliott of Augusta. There are several surviving brothers.

Before coming to this community in 1906, the Elliotts lived in Pawnee, Okla. She was a member of the Christian Church and the pastor, Rev. Burrus Thomas, will conduct the final rites. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery.
