Mrs. Amanda Mount Buried in Jamesburg

Jamesburg, Dec. 14 - Funeral services were held yesterday morning for Mrs. Amanda Mount, one of Jamesburg's oldest residents, who died Thursday after an illness of three weeks. The service was held at the home of the deceased and was conducted by the Rev. W. J. B. Edgar, pastor of the Jamesburg Presbyterian Church. The interment was in the family plot in Fernwood Cemetery. The bearers were John D. Bennett, Willard Forman, Ernest Reid, Herbert Smith, Frank M. Deton and H. C. Wells.

Mrs. Mount was buried on the 60th anniversary of her marriage.

She was a daughter of the late Paul Davison and Rachel Johnson. She was born on the Davison homestead, at this place, ninety years ago, April 16, next, and resided there her entire lifetime, with the exception of a few years. Sixty years ago she married the late Willima H. Mount and two children survive, one daughter, Miss Emily W. Mount, of Jamesburg, and one son, Charles Mount, of Cranbury.
