Zack married first a widow, Frances M. Holbert, in 1872 in Wood Co., WV. After her death, he then married Harriet Kimble Mikes (the widow of Edward Mikes) in 1884 in Wirt Co., WV. Harriet died from an accidental gunshot wound in 1916 at the age of 55 years. He then married Lusena Haught Moffitt in 1917 in Wetzel Co., WV. Burial information obtained from death certificate. A current reading of the cemetery did not locate a headstone for Jack. It is possible that he is buried in an unmarked grave.
