Augusta, Kan., - Funeral services for C.J. Lehr, 82, life-long resident of Butler County, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Dunsford Funeral Home.
The Rev. Vernon White, pastor of Augusta First Baptist church, will officiate.
Mr. Lehr, a retired farmer, died Thursday at his home in Augusta. He was born May 4, 1877, near Augusta, and married Jan. 1, 1902, in Wichita.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Ethel; three daughters, Mrs. Marie Burt, Denver, Colo., Mrs. Bernice McKinley, West Palm Beach, Fla., and Mrs. Wanda Thomas, Harriman, Tenn., two sons, Charles and Carl, both of Augusta; a sister, Mrs. Mary Shanley, Garber, Okla.; and seven grandchildren.
Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
