Mrs. Martha Sutherland Pollard Boggess, 86, a life-long resident of Eminence, and a member of the Eminence Methodist Church, died at her home in Eminence at 9:00 p.m., Sunday. Death was attributed to infirmities. She was the last member of her immediate family.
Funeral services were conducted at the residence at 2 p.m., Tuesday, with Rev. F. D. Swanson officiating and assisted by Rev. Aaron L. Rutledge. Burial was in the Eminence Cemetery.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Laura Lefner, Eminence, and Mrs. J. M. Turner, Louisville.
