WARNER – Colleen M., 73, Johnstown, passed away at her home Oct. 1, 2015. Born April 3, 1942, to the late Edward J. and Margaret M. (Rooney) Bodenschatz Jr. Preceded in death by infant brother and sister, John and Mary Margaret, and brothers, James and Thomas. Survived by husband, Timothy P. Warner; daughter, Kathleen Parker, (Neil); son, Scott Warner, (Allison); grandchildren, Quinn and Madelyn Warner; siblings, Raymond, and wife, Barbara Kopco; Susan, and husband, Raymond Chopper; Rose, and husband, Tom Atkins; Della, and husband, Steve Braverman; Pamela, and husband, Robert LaRoche; Kevin, and wife, Cathy Makin; Elizabeth, and husband, Dan Alexander; sisters-in-law, Marianne and Debbie Bodenschatz; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Colleen was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She was a sister who acted as a tower of strength and supporter for her entire family. She loved the natural world and was an avid bird watcher. Colleen was an enthusiastic sports fan who cheered on her son as he played hockey and her daughter as she competed in equestrian competitions. She never missed a Pirates, Steelers or Penguins game if she could help it. For 20-plus years, Colleen was a season ticket holder of the Johnstown Symphony concerts. She was loved by all and will be sorely missed. Family and friends are invited to a celebratory luncheon to celebrate Colleen’s life Oct. 5 at 1 p.m. at the Holiday Inn, 250 Market St., Johnstown, Pa. 15901.
