Rose Lung (family name: Wong) was born and educated in Cayley, Alberta. She married David Ho Lem in 1940 and moved to Calgary where they raised their family.
Rose was involved in the Chinese United Church Women's Auxiliary for many years. She was an active curler in the Calgary Winter Club and the Chinese Curling Club. Rose enjoyed cooking and entertaining her family and friends at home.
