EDWARD KANE

Edward Kane, 83, of Manitowoc died early Thursday morning at Park Lane Home, Sheboygan, after a short illness. He had been a resident of the home six months.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, with the Rev. D. L. Kremba officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Kossuth.
Mr. Kane was born in Allegheny County, Pa., July 10, 1873, and Oct 19, 1909, married Fanny Clark at Dollar Bay, Mich. She died in 1925 and Mr. Kane came to Manitowoc where he was employed by Manitowoc Portland Cement Co. as an electrician until 1945.
A son, Martin, preceded him in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 9 a.m. Saturday.
