Mary was a member of the Hamilton Township Senior Center, where she enjoyed her many friends and playing bingo and trips to the Atlantic City casinos. She loved to bake especially around the holidays. She also was a member of the Ladies of the Blessed Sacrament Auxillary. Mary was a very loving and generous person and attributed her longevity to spending time with family and loved ones. She will be greatly missed.
Predeceased by her parents, Louis and Angelina (Viteritto) Maurio, her loving husband, George Barber, and her brothers: Anthony, Elmer, Joseph, Vincent, Albert, and Domenic Maurio; and one sister, Frances Valli.
Mary is survived by her daughter Patricia and husband Paul Cortesini; one son Joseph Barber; a brother, Jerry Maurio and wife Helen; grandchildren: Paul Cortesini and wife Karen, George Cortesini and wife Terri, Danielle and husband Pablo Colon; and the loves of her life her two great-granddaughters, Kristen and Jamie Cortesini; as well as many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
Rite of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Angels Parish, Trenton, NJ. Joachim’s followed by Mass of Christian Burial all at St. Joachim’s Church, 20-50 Butler St., Trenton, NJ.
