August Kochan, 75, died last night at his home in Whitelaw following a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday at the St. Michael's Catholic church in Whitelaw, the Rev. John Husslein officiating. Burial will be in St. Ann's cemetery in Francis Creek. Mr. Kochan was a retired undertaker and cabinet maker.
Mr. Kochan is survived by his wife, the former Theresa Bernam; three sons, Walter of Milwaukee, Myron of Francis Creek and Lawrence of Boston, Mass.; daughter, Mrs. William Ewen of Francis Creek.
The body will be taken from the Leschke funeral home to the Kochan home tomorrow to lie in state until the services Saturday.
