Helen R. Neuser-Jahn, age 93, Green Bay, passed away on Friday afternoon, July 4, 2008, at a Green Bay nursing home.

Born on Feb. 18, 1915, in Manitowoc County, she was the daughter of the late Mathias and Rose (Hutterer) Reif. Helen was a graduate of Lincoln High School, Manitowoc, and Manitowoc Normal School. She married Edwin Neuser on Feb. 2, 1937. Together, the couple owned and operated Ed Nueser's Chevy Dealership in Francis Creek. Before moving to Green Bay in 1950, Helen, Ed and their daughter Julie spent time traveling in Europe making visits to Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Belgium and England. Ed preceded her in death in 1957. Helen then married Irvin Jahn on Feb. 4, 1967. He also preceded her in death in 1996. Helen was a long-time member of St. Joseph Parish in Green Bay, where she was involved in the Altar Rosary Society. She enjoyed bowling, playing cards, golfing and traveling, especially her trip to Hawaii with Irv. Helen's family will remember her as a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law: Julie and Peter Dembski of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada; and Connie and Wayne Wright of Green Bay; four grandchildren: Chad Dembski of Toronto, Canada; Michael Wright of Green Bay; Christy (Joseph) Dumas of Hawaii; and Jordan Wright of Green Bay; two brothers and a sister-in-law: Edwin Reif, and Robert and Margie Reif, all of Francis Creek; two sisters: Arlette Rozanski of Manitowoc; Florence Kubsch of Two Rivers; and one sister-in-law: Blanche Neuser of Manitowoc. Many nieces and nephews also survive. She is preceded in death by her two spouses: Edwin Neuser and Irvin Jahn; grandson: Damian Dembski; three sisters: Marie Reif; Rosella Doyle; and Laura (Donald) Shaw; two brothers: Clarence (Martha) and Wilbur (Alma) Reif; two brothers-in-law: Clarence Kubsch and Marvin Rozanski; and one sister-in-law: Jane Reif.

Private services were held at Malcore (West) Funeral Home, Green Bay (920-499-4100), with burial in St. Anne's Cemetery in Francis Creek.
