Mrs. Anna Neuser, 84 (photo), of Francis Creek, lifelong resident of the county, died Monday night at the Holy Family Hospital following a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and at 10 o’clock at St. Ann Catholic Church, Francis Creek. The Rev. Joseph Rauch will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
She was born Anna Braun in Kossuth in 1868 and later moved with the family to Francis Creek where she was married in 1892 to Frank Neuser. He died in 1923. She was a member of the Altar society of St. Ann congregation.
Survivors are four daughters, Mrs. Arthur E. Corey and Mrs. Edward J. Danz, of Oak Park, Ill, Mrs. Herbert Eichaker of Chicago, Mrs. Arnold Ristau of Kaukauna; three sons, William and Frank of Francis Creek, Theodore of route 1, Whitelaw; 24 grandchildren and eight great-grand-children.
Friends may call at the funeral home where the rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Tuesday.
