DEATH OF AGED RESIDENT.
Conrad Birkenstock an aged resident of this city died yesterday morning at his home 95 Coal street, after a prolonged illness. He came to this country in 1868 and has resided here ever since. He was a carpenter by trade. He is survived by three children: John, Henry and Mrs. John Wetterau, all of this city. The funeral will take place on Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock with services at McKinley chapel and interment in the City Cemetery. He was a member of the Odd Fellows, Red Men and Harigaru socieities of this city, which orders will attend the funeral.
