Peggy died peacefully in her sleep March 20, 2009. She and her twin sister Jane were born in Kansas City, MO to Brig. General Marcus B. and Irma Bell on October 27, 1919.

They lived in Hawaii and traveled the world with the military. She attended Wesleyan College and the University of Missouri where she was a Delta Gamma. While working at the Pentagon she met her late husband of 55 years, Jules Watson, a pilot on leave from China National Aviation Corp.

They made their home in Shanghai, China, Hong Kong, Burbank, CA and eventually settled in Tucson, AZ where Jules was a builder and developer.

Peggy is survived by her, children: Jane Netzorg (Skip), Mark Watson (Tracey), Frank Watson (Susan), seven grandchildren a great granddaughter along with her twin sister Jane Schulte, two nieces & four nephews.

Peggy had a passion for travel and a good game of cards with her girlfriends. Her generosity of spirit will be remembered by all who knew her.

A celebration of life will be held at the Watson Family home in Tucson, AZ, at 10:00 a.m. Thursday.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Watson Memorial Scholarship Fund, Dollars for Scholars, 1820 Main Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80911.
