JoAnn Scott JoAnn Scott, 55, of Wheatfield, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 1995. She is survived by son, James "Dan" (Mary Beth) Crosser of Illinois and one . daughter, Vanessa (Jack) Smith of Indiana; five grandchildren: Michael, Brian, Jillian, Jenny and Jacob; mother, Roxie Scott of Indiana; two sisters, Floy-Lynn Carlson of South Carolina and Brenda Joyce (nee Scott-Hartman of Indiana; beloved aunt of Rhonda (Chip) Mays of Florida and Joseph (Tracy) Hartman of Indiana. Preceded in death by father, William Scott. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 7, 1995 (time pending) at the Kuiper Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Deborah Roberts officiating. Burial at Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrill-ville, Indiana. Friends may meet with the family Thursday, (time pending), at the Kuiper Funeral Home ChapeL 9039 Kleinman Rd (2 blks south of Ridge Road), Highland, IN. 219-923-7800. Mrs. Scott was retired from U.S. Steel after 12 years of service.
