Rosemary was born to Frank and Cecilia Darling Brokaw and was an area resident all her life. She was a member of Diamond Hills Babtist Church. Rosemary was a member of Ladies of the Moose.
She is survived by her husband, Eugene Floro; three daughters and sons-in-law, Beverly and Larry Taylor of Lexington, Becky and Jim chamberlain of Millersburg, Ohio, and Sharon and Jim Morris of Gainsville, Virginia; Seven grandchildren and their spouses, Tiffany and Luke Hulver, Ashley Taylor, Jacob and Jamie Chamberlain, Josh and Tara Chamberlain, Jenda Chamberlain, and Colin Morris; tow great-grandchildren, Raegan Huvler and Gabriele Chamberlain; Six sisters; two brithers and numerous nieces and nephews, sisers and brothers-in-law
She was preceded in deathe by her parents and four brothers and two sisters.
