Our sweet precious and beautiful Brenda has now been 100% cured and healed of this hellish disease. Her suffering has finally ceased for she has touched the hem of the Master’s garment. She is forever in the presence of the Eternal One….face to face. Her life of amazing faith has now ended in awesome sight. She can once again laugh, talk, sing, run and do whatever her heart desires. This is ALL possible thanks to her very best friend and wonderful Savior, Jesus Christ. He bought her with His precious blood. He paid her debt in full at Calvary.

Unfortunately, we suffered a great loss, Brenda Hall Branham Surgenor, 68 of Mooresburg,Tn., formerly of Norton, Va. moved to her new address of Heaven. She went home to Jesus on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at her home. The Lord wanted the sweetest smile to grace His heaven by calling one of His faithful servants home. Our hearts are breaking but heaven is rejoicing. She never gave up the fight of lost courage in the battle. Brenda was a longtime member of Bean Station Baptist Temple Church. She loved the Lord and lived her life doing His work. She published a Christian Magazine for over 15 years. Brenda was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to so many. She cherished time with her family and friends

Brenda was born in Coeburn, Virginia on July 12, 1947 to Thomas J. Hall and the late Ruth Moore Hall. She was also preceded in death by her first husband of 29 years, Darrell Branham and her second husband of 12 years, Jack Surgenor and brother, Cecil Berry Hall.

She touched countless lives and was known as the woman with the kind heart and loved the Lord. Her family and friends were very important to her. She was always there to help anyone. She was dearly loved and will be missed by many family members and friends.

The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at Bean Station Baptist Temple. Funeral services will follow at 8:00 p.m. with Reverend Rodney Ricketts officiating. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 13, 2016 in Catherine Nenney Cemetery, Russellville, Tn.
