Mrs. Anna McBride.

Mrs. Anna McBride, widow of William McBride of 222 Grove street, died in the New Castle hospital, Tuesday, February, 23 at 3:15 after an illness of pneumonia which she contracted a week ago.

Mrs. McBride was born in Ireland, May 28, 1846, she was well known in New Castle, having resided here for 60 years. She was a member of the second U. P. church.

Mrs. McBride was the mother of 16 children, nine of whom are living. They are Thomas at home; James of Coraopolis, Pa.; Renford and Abraham of Pittsburgh; Walter of Baltimore; Isaac of New York; Samuel DeLuca of Youngstown, Pa.; Mrs. John Filcer of Johnston, Pa. and Miss Mary McBride of Cambridge Springs. She also leaves a sister, Mrs. Heaney of Ireland. Her husband died in 1905.

Funeral services will take place Thursday afternoon at 2:30 from the Offutt funeral home, 211 North Mercer street, in charge of Rev. A. J. Randles of the Second U. P. church. Interment will be in Greenwood cemetery.
