Nora Bannister Dies at Age of 66

Mrs. Nora Alice Bannister, 66, of 2020 E. Central, died Sunday in a local hospital. She had been a resident of Wichita for 53 years after coming here in a covered wagon from Auxvasse, Mo.

She was born at St. Elmo, Ill., on Feb. 29., 1893.

Survivors include a son, John Bradford of the home; three sisters, Mrs. Ruby Stanley, 433 N. Millwood, Mrs. Sadie Eaton, 237 N. Kansas and Mrs. Elvina Box, St. Louis, Mo.; and two brothers, Jake Cameron, Pritchett, Colo., and Mike Cameron, 432 N. Millwood.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Gill Mortuary.
