Allen, a native of Downey, lived in San Bernardino County for four years. He was a self-employed certified mechanic for 20 years. He served in the Marine Corps.
Survivors include his mother, Jerry Mae of Glendale, Ariz.; two daughters, Launa Kay Allen of Pace, Fla., and Katina Laree Allen of Loma Linda; a sister, Sandy Gilmore of Conroe, Texas; and one grandchild.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at McNearney Family Mortuary, 130 S. Willow Ave., Rialto. Interment is private.
