Born the daughter of Ferdinando I of Naples and Isabella di Chiaromonte. She married Matthias Corvinus in 1476. Shortly after his death she married Vladislaus II of Bohemia and was divorced from him in 1500. She died at Ischia and was first buried at San Domenico Maggiore in Naples. Her body was later transferred to Poblet.
