Edna Steffen was born in Cooperstown, North Dakota August 25, 1895, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Steffen
She was married to William Wandke at Cooperstown and they lived at Beach, North Dakota before moving to the state of Washington in 1942. Mr. Wandke died in 1959.
She is survived by a daughter, Dorothy Allen, Arlington, VA; four sons, Robert and Bruce of Williston, North Dakota; Kenneth of St. Paul, MN; William, Forks, WA.
Two sisters, Freda Holland, Anacortes, WA; Florence Culver, Baker, MT; one brother, Irwin Steffen, Cooperstown; 15 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
