He was a native of Pendleton county and a son of the late Reuben and Martha (Waybright) Hedrick.
Surviving are two sons, Theodore Hedrick, Barthlow, and James Hedrick, Baltimore; two step-daughters, Mrs. Madie Hedrick, Elkins, and Mrs. Mabel Phillips, Clarksburg; two brothers, James Hedrick, Covington, Va., and Jesse Hedrick, Durbin; one half brother, William Mullenax Davis, and two sisters, Mrs. Anna Vandevander, Covington, and Mrs. Mary Huffman, Elkins.
