He was born May 1, 1936 in Waterloo to Lawrence and Mildred (Likens) Brown.
Lee was a graduate of Concord Spencer High School in 1954.
He was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was a member of the Waterloo United Methodist Church where he was a in the Truth Seekers Sunday School Class. He was also a long time member of the Waterloo Lions Club and a member of DAV.
He married Carolyn Williams on September 13, 1958 in Garrett and she survives in Waterloo.
Also surviving are a son and daughter, Jimmy (Angie) Brown of Fort Wayne, Denise (Dusty) Ousley of Leo; 5 grandchildren, Devin Ousley, Dayne Ousley, Madeline Brown, Ethan Brown and Noah Brown; 2 sisters in laws, Jane Brown of Hamilton and Jean Bailey of Auburn.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 5 brothers and 2 sisters.
Services are 4 PM Wednesday February 17, 2014 at Feller and Clark Funeral Home, 875 South Wayne Street, Waterloo, IN with Rev Mike Halferty officiating. Calling is 3 hours prior to the service Wednesday from 1 to 4 PM at the funeral home.
Preferred memorials can be directed to DeKalb County Humane Shelter.
