Lenora Conner, 88, of Newton, TX, passed away January 26, 2005 at her residence. A native and longtime resident of the Oklahoma City area, she had lived in Newton for 4 years and was retired from Kerr-McGee. Graveside funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 29, 2005 at Sunny Lane Cemetery in Oklahoma City, OK under the direction of Forest Oaks Funeral Home of Jasper, TX. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 28, from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Sunny Lane Funeral Chapel in Oklahoma City. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Teresa Baker and Anette Morgan, by her brothers, Chester Lyles, Norbert Lyles, and Edward Lyles and by her granddaughter, Carla Baker. Survivors include her son, C. and his wife, of Newton, TX; sisters, Loretta of Kingsburg, CA, and Josie of Oklahoma City; brothers, J. Lyles of Newalla, OK and B. Lyles and G. Lyles both of Oklahoma City; along with 2 granddaughters, 6 great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter. Services are under the direction of Forest Oaks Funeral Home of Jasper, Texas.
