His funeral arrangements are incomplete at Star of Zion Missionary Baptist Church 701 Miller St. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
He was a member of Star of Zion Missionary Baptist Church and served as an Usher. "Charlie Pete" was formerly employed at Scott Gas Company and Heilig Levine as a repairman.
He is survived by his niece, Delzora Clark and a great-niece. Gabrielle M. Clark both of New Bern.
