Mike grew up in Cheshire, an accomplished athlete in soccer and football, #32; he enjoyed fishing at Mixville Pond. He was devoted to his family, they meant the world to him. Mike served his country with honor and pride as a member of the USMC 3rd Recon Battalion, and had a great love of his country. He was a graduate of the USMC Reconnaissance Training Company under the Advanced Infantry Training Battalion at Coronado. Mike touched many lives; of those he met around the country and abroad, he would instantaneously bestow friendship upon them and leave them with heartfelt smiles on their faces. He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
In addition to his cherished daughter, Kylie and his parents Karen Nachin of Narragansett, RI and Shane and Benay Nachin of Hummelstown, PA; Mike is survived by his sister, Stephanie Davey and her husband Christopher Davey; his maternal grandmother, Helena Adam and his niece, Peri P. Davey. He is also survived by many loving extended family members; aunts and uncles, a step sister, two step nieces and cousins that he was particularly fond of. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Albert J. Adam and his paternal grandparents, Michel and Gail J. Nachin.
