HIGGINS, Burnham - 66, Murchyville, Halifax County, died Friday Feb. 10 1989 at Musquopdoboit Memorial Hospital, Middle Musquodoboit. Born in Elmsvale, he was the son of Luella (Taylor) and the late Frank Higgins. He was a veteran of the Second World War, serving overseas with the North Nova Scotia Highlanders and was a retired carpenter. The body is at Ettingers Funeral Home, Middle Musquodoboit. Funeral services will be 7pm Monday in Middle Musquodoboit United Church, rev. Don MacLennan officiating. Burial will be in the spring. Donations may be made to the Nova Scotia Heart Fund or any charity.
