Guy Correstine Higgins, 76, Yarmouth, died September 21, 1993, in Scarborough General Hospital, Scarborough, Ont. Born in Middle Musquodoboit, he was a son of Luella (Taylor) Higgins and the late Frank Higgins. He was a member of Temple United Baptist Church, Yarmouth; past deacon and an active member of the board of trustees of that church and manager of the IGA store in Yarmouth for a number of years. He is survived by his wife, the former Elsie Gavel; three daughters, Patricia LeBlanc, Janis Tramov, both of Toronto; Donna Boudreau, Arcadia; son, Reigh, Arcadia; brother, Ted, Wolfville; sister, Frieda Stewart, Lloydminster, Sask.; eight grandchildren. He was predeceased by four brothers, Donald, David, Clifford, Burham; sister, Eileen. Burial will be in Chebogue Cemetery.
