CAMDEN -- Roland Walters, 80, of Camden died March 16, 2002. He was an employee of Reynolds Metals Co., an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Sycamore Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by three sons, Nicky R. Walters, Dennis R. Walters and Ramon D. Walters.
Survivors include: His wife, Hazel Walters of Camden; a son, Donald Walters of Blue Springs, Mo.; two stepsons, Jerry Hastings of Gurdon and Phillip Hastings of Camden; two daughters, Linda Chisholm of Moon Township, Pa., and Peggy Leamons of Curtis; three sisters, Alice Griffin of Gurdon, Nettie Winkle of Rexburg, Idaho, and Cebel Stephens of Flagstaff, Ariz.; and 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Horne Funeral Home chapel at Gurdon with Rev. Rod Chisholm officiating. Burial will be in Davis Cemetery at Vaden.
